Super sweet washed coffee from the municipality of Inza located in the Cauca department of Colombia. This versatile coffee has a sweetness of brown sugar, with bright notes of lemon and a clean finish. Great for everyday immersion brew methods, such as your cafetiere or Aeropress.
This coffee has been produced by 52 smallholders in Pedregal and San Antonio. Every individual microlot has been cupped and graded at a community cupping lab, funded by our export partner. This, along with a warehouse, has allowed more and more families in the region to access higher prices for their coffee, by placing it on the speciality market. This new lab and warehouse acts as sourcing and logistics partner for communities across the region, opening up the speciality market and securing a good price for their crop.
