The region is renowned for top class coffee, and this heirloom grown at an altitude osf 1999m above sea level lot is no different - think juicy strawberry, candy sweetness and a touch of floral.
Scoring a speciality coffee association (SCA) quality score of 88 out of 100, this is one of our highest graded coffees to date and works best with drip brew methods to help heighten its complexities.
As with the majority of coffee in the region, this lot has been grown organically and sorted by hand, removing any under or over ripe cherries before its dried and milled.
