We're excited to showcase this washed lot from Eber Tocto Bermeo's brand new farm, La Palmapampa. It forms part of his first major harvest, after starting the farm only a few years ago. La Palmapampa is a sister farm to Finca Churrapampa, which Eber founded in 2015 afterworking as a cupper for the Chirinos co-op, where he grew up. As an exporter, Churrapampa has a team of technicians that work with producers to increase yields sustainably, by the way of soil analysis and promoting biodiversity.
