We work with some of the best bakeries in the Cotswolds and we're lucky enough to be joined in person every Saturday morning by Stroud favourite, SALT Bakehouse (8–12), bringing their celebrated sourdough, pastries, and legendary stuffed cruffins to the heart of our roastery and the people of Cheltenham.

The Ritual Kitchen is now open 7 days a week, serving some of the best breakfast and brunch in Cheltenham. We use only the finest locally sourced ingredients and prepare everything we can in-house — from fresh cakes to wholesome brunch dishes. Our menu is inspired by flavours from around the world and changes with the seasons, so there’s always something new to discover. Whether you’re starting your day with a hearty breakfast or lingering over weekend brunch, we believe in simple, honest food made with care, passion, and flavour.

That’s why we source as much as we can from right here in Gloucestershire — from apple juice from Hayles Fruit Farm to Cacklebean’s beautiful eggs, Otis and Bell’s pastries, La Boulangerie bread and quality cuts from Martins Meats. Working with the seasons and local producers we trust means everything on your plate is fresh, thoughtful, and full of flavour. For us, it’s about care.
