This versatile blend was created for espresso, but is also a winner with immersion brew methods; the perfect balance of acidity, sweetness and body. Light and bright without milk, and nutty and sweet with.
We've been working with the same producers since we first created this blend back in 2018; smallholders from the Cauca region in Colombia and Tarrazu in Costa Rica, as well as the family-run El Carmen estate in El Salvador.
