
Last year, we introduced a coffee from Eber Tocto Bermeo’s first major harvest at his new farm, La Palmapampa. Now on his second harvest, we’re thrilled once again to be the UK’s only roastery to showcase this exceptional washed coffee.
Roasted specifically for espresso, you can expect a fruit-forward, sweet profile, which has been enhanced by a 62-hour fermentation before the depulping process at source.
