Ritual Coffee Roasters is a wholesale specialty coffee roastery with an onsite brew bar and kitchen, based in Cheltenham. Working as part of the Brew Bar team this role is perfect for a barista looking to further their career in coffee, with opportunities to develop new skills and be part of a growing company.

1 years + barista experience is essential for this new position, as we're looking for someone to hit the ground running when it comes to serving exceptional coffee and engaging with customers. We will provide further training, but if you can dial in espresso, steam and texture milk, and build drinks under pressure, we'd love to hear from you.

The right candidate will be fun and dynamic with a real eye for detail and a desire to brew and serve the best coffee consistently. We’re looking for a ‘people person’ who loves to engage with customers and is a real team player when it comes to their work mates. The brew bar is a busy environment, so working efficiently and calmly under pressure is a must, while being able to communicate effectively and serve top coffee each and every time.

Along with making drinks, you will assist with front of house, taking orders and running drinks and food when necessary.

Alongside the barista role, there are opportunities within the roastery department as a part-time roastery assistant. This could be perfect as a dual role for the right candidate. The roastery assistant is crucial to the smooth running of the roastery and the role includes bagging coffee for wholesale and packing orders for both wholesale and online orders, as well as helping to QC coffee roasted each week.

We're looking for someone to start immediately. Part or Full time available with salary depending on experience. Must be available to weekends, especially Sundays.
