Position: Part-time Barista

Hours: 16 - 24 hours per week, including weekends

Start: Immediate

Ritual Coffee Roasters is a wholesale roastery with an onsite coffee shop, based in Cheltenham. We have a great team atmosphere and we’re looking for a new barista to join us at weekends to keep up with popular demand.

An interest in working with specialty coffee is essential with barista experience desirable. You’ll be part of running the onsite brew bar; tasting and dialling in a variety of espresso and filter coffee, and serving it at its very best.

Along with making drinks, you will assist with front of house, taking orders and running drinks. 

The right candidate will be fun and dynamic with a real eye for detail and a desire to brew and serve the best coffee consistently. We’re looking for a ‘people person’ who loves to engage with customers and is a real team player when it comes to their work mates. The brew bar is a busy environment, so working efficiently and calmly under pressure is a must.
