We are hiring for a passionate brunch chef to join our team at the Ritual Kitchen, serving an awesome all-day brunch menu at our coffee roastery, located on the Lansdown Industrial Estate in Cheltenham.

We have a focus on quality, seasonal ingredients, and flavours inspired by world cuisine.

The ideal candidate will be inventive and contribute to continuous menu development, a true foodie with a passion for delivering high quality dishes. You’ll be working alongside the Head Chef, with some mid-week days working independently. Ideally 1 - 2 years commercial kitchen experience. Social daytime hours, but availability on weekends is a must.

Key skills:

• Ensure all prep is done for service
• Work efficiently and cleanly throughout service, ensuring standards are kept high for each dish
• Eye for detail and meticulous presentation skills
• Work well under pressure
• Ensure HACCP and Food Hygiene is met at all times
• Contribute to menu development

This is a full-time role (five days a week) with daytime hours (generally 8.30am – 5pm), including weekends. Salary dependant on experience.
