A third-generation farmer, Bekele Dukamo has earned global recognition - including 4th place in the 2024 Cup of Excellence - for his exceptional coffees. This lot comes from his Kokose farm, nestled on a cool, cloud-covered mountainside in Bensa, where cherries ripen slowly, developing dense, flavour-packed beans.
The JARC 74158 variety undergoes a 48 hour sealed-barrel fermentation, followed by careful drying over 20–25 days on raised beds. The result is a clean, expressive coffee with clarity and depth.
