Join us for an unforgettable evening on Thursday 16 October as Ritual Roasters transforms into an intimate dining space for The Roasters Table. For one night only, rising culinary star Kian Puerta Terron will present a five-course tasting menu inspired by his love of foraging and the Nordic approach to purity and seasonality.

Kian has honed his craft in some of the UK’s most acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurants, including Paul Ainsworth at No.6, The Bullrush in Bristol, and Lumiere, alongside a stagiaire at Casamia. Twice shortlisted for the Roux Scholarship (2024 & 2025), he brings creativity, precision, and bold flavour combinations to the table.

Guests will dine together on banquet tables set within the warehouse backdrop of our roastery. Expect fine dining with a twist: convivial, immersive, and full of character.

The menu journeys from delicate, hand-crafted snacks to bold, flavour-driven plates. See below for the full journey.

To complement each dish, Nick Marlowe, an experienced wine buyer with a talent for uncovering rare and unusual bottles, has curated an optional wine pairing unlike any other. Expect a mix of the unexpected and the unobtainable, including selections from his own private cellar - this invitation is highly recommended.

This is dining stripped back to what matters most: exceptional food, extraordinary wine, and conversation shared around the table. Seats are very limited.
