Working alongside his father at La Piragua, Arley Vargas carries forward a family tradition of producing exceptional, sustainable coffees. With a focus on regenerative practices and careful processing, the Vargas family is committed to both quality and environmental care.

This lot is picked at peak ripeness, then undergoes a double fermentation - 72 hours oxidised, followed by 98 hours anaerobic in sealed barrels. It’s slow-dried over 15–20 days for clarity and consistency in the cup.

Expect a vibrant, layered profile that reflects the care and innovation behind every step.
